[Paris.] December 1989. 11.5” x 7.5” x 1”. Paint, collage, rubber stamp, metalic and patterned papers. A unique binding by Jill Oriane Tarlau bound in 1996. Boards of metalic embroidery by Jill Oriane Tarlau interspersed with wooden strips. Doublures of purple suede with a narrow trim of black leather. Stamp on the inside front board ‘antonio 1996 oriane’. Antonio bound the embroidery strips with the wooden strips as well as the doublures and attached them to the text block. Laid in a wooden box lined in orange suede with a side slide opening strip. No. 7 in an edition of 7 copies, signed by Dorney and Deguy. Fine.
A superb artist’s book which is bound with great craftsmanship.
